CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create a relationship with local customers as well as nominated customers overseas.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines/co-loaders frequently. 
  • Update rates from the shipping lines/co-loaders to customers and overseas offices frequently.
  • Send shipment’s information to Overseas Offices for approval. 
  • Follow the SOP of customers with careful handling.
  • Updating customer profiles. 
  • Follow up shipments to North America (USA, Canada).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Male and female from 22 years old
  • Graduated in Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years working experience in logistics, 1-2 years experience in handling cargoes to the USA, Canada is required. 
  • Good knowledge about international trade and exporting market.
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English.
  •  Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
  • Being service-minded, careful, hard working and positive thinking.
  • Honest, passionate, cheerful.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To support human resources and office administrative functions
  • Assist in recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits administration; training and development; etc.
  • Handle office equipment and facilities maintenance; office supplies administration; office housekeeping; general insurance renewal
  • Company functions & business events organization
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Personal Assistant to Country General Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above
  •  2 years or above of relevant solid experience
  • Strong communication skills and work independent
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, and Chinese is preferable.

OPERATIONS MANAGER (IMPORT/EXPORT/LOGISTICS)  

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the Operation staffs of air export, import outdoor and indoors.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to make sure that good services provided to customers and business partners. 
  • Provide solution for any operational issue(s)
  • Effect necessary communication and motivation to staffs. 
  • Maintain and develop a productive team work via training scheme(s). Consistently promote a strong corporate quality and high-performance work team.
  • Responsible for leading pricing team to get best rates from airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies or any other partners.
  • Manages and analyzes pricing and profitability on project-based business and strategic/contract accounts/customer and identifies opportunity for improvement. 
  • Provides regular analysis and support to the Station Manager and Country Manager when developing business volume, price
  • Ensures that pricing activities meet or exceed requirements of other departments in the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 5+ years relevant Pricing and Business experience including 3+ years of management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pricing, contracts, and business management
  • Experience in Logistics Operation
  • Experience in regard to validation of estimates, estimating approaches, and data driven estimating
  • Strong proposal development skills, strategy development, and solid negotiation background

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (IMPORT/EXPORT/LOGISTICS)  

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist Operations Manager to execute all operational matters pertaining to import or export documents of the company.
  • Coordinate with the Management and Sales Department to provide the standard of services required by each customer.
  • Coordinate with the appointed contractors in the smooth execution of all operational tasks.
  • Send P/A, Arrival Notice, Jobsheet and file documents of each shipment correctly and fully

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be responsible for managing and leading sales team.
  • Build up and maintain strong relationships with key persons.
  • Manage all sales activities, make and implement sales action plans.
  • Be responsible for sales targets to achieve profitability goals.
  • Develop advertising, PR, direct marketing, media or Below-the-line programs for exciting multinational & international brands.
  • Coordinate with the customer services and operation department to solve the request and complaint of customer
  • Responsible for ensuring that all staffs are trained, technically competent and well informed of changing in customer service requirements and regulatory matters
  • Ensure client service meets corporate objectives and is provided on a proactive.
  • Support business development efforts.
  • Responsible for serving assigned clients and generating new business in both air and sea freight business.
  • Building up and maintaining a relationship with both existing and potential clients, frequent client visits needed, able to provide the professional service to the customer.
  • Ensuring total customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in Sales field.
  • Minimum 2-year supervisor or manager experience.
  • Preferable have experience working in the field of plastic injection molding machines.
  • Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Fluent in all commonly used office software.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Good in operation management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines.
