Job Description

• Work with investment team to conduct market and financial research to support investment projects.
• May include secondary and primary market research and financial and company analysis.
• Assist investment teams in writing research reports and investment memos
• Work with investment team on business restructure or advisory for portfolio companies
• Assist in other tasks as required to complete investment projects

Job Requirement

1. Full-time job: 10-12 weeks

2. Business Analyst Intern

VIG is looking for Business Analyst Intern, working for one of VIG’s investees ‐ Vietnam Food (vnfoods.vn), a leading seafood by-product processor in Vietnam. The intern will have a chance to work closely with Strategy Team, Operation Team, and Managing Director to analyze, consult and execute the team’s solutions/strategies to grow the company.

Job Description

• RESEARCH: Collect and process data to make researches on companies, markets, industries, or by request
• OPERATION: Prepare and analyze Operation Performance Reports (OPR), work with the Business Analyst and Operation team to find solutions and optimize their performance
• FINANCE: Prepare and analyze Financial Reports, support in modeling and forecast
• STRATEGY: Assist in planning and preparing Strategy Propositions; have opportunities to join strategic projects and directly deal with strategic partners
• OTHERS: Support in other ad‐hoc tasks by request

Job Requirements:

1. 4th-year student or graduated student with Bachelor/Master degree from top Vietnamese university or foreign university with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, etc.
2. At least 3‐month internship/full‐time experience, especially in Analysis, Research, Presentation,

4. Complete or pursue professional qualification such as CMA, CFA, CPA, ACCA is a plus
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
