QUYỀN LỢI
- Lương căn bản + thưởng + hoa hồng (trao đổi kĩ khi phỏng vấn).
- Được đào tạo, hướng dẫn về kiến thức sản phẩm, kiến thức thị trường và kỹ năng làm việc.
- Mỗi tháng cty có tổ chức event mừng sinh nhật cho nhân viên và các event sôi nổi khác
- Thưởng lớn (iphone 7, 7 plus…hiện vật cũng như hiện kim).
- Được tham gia đầy đủ các bảo hiểm theo quy định.

YÊU CẦU:
- Ưu tiên nam: nhanh nhẹn, chăm chỉ, chịu khó và thích thử thách
- Tốt nghiệp (hoặc sắp tốt nghiệp có thể làm full time): Chuyên ngành quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành có liên quan.
- Kĩ năng: giao tiếp, đàm phán, thương lượng, thuyết phục, tinh thần teamwork cao, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ đồng đội.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm.
- Khả năng thích ứng và học hỏi nhanh.
- Tiếng Anh
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Finding accommodating sources:
- Seek for new leasing sources and solutions
- Manage active residential leasing of all projects
- In charge of occupancy forecast and property features
- Update CRM system to ensure all information updated
Finding potential customers
- Seek for new customers in multiple channels
- Generate new initiatives and approaches to potential customers
- Support marketing department to implement advertising activities and marketing materials
- Update CRM system to follow up customer
Consulting and implementing leasing inspection:
- Clarify tenant need and requirement
- Define detailed offers to consult tenant precisely
- Arrange and get along with customers to inspect residential projects
Closing Deal: Keep a transparent communication between tenant and leasing stakeholder to close the deal
Other tasks:
- Responsible for creating and revising all related documents
- Actively involve in team activities and be supportive to team members
- Achieve individual and team target
- Well cordinate with other departments
