Duties and responsibilities:

 1.1. Tele-sales

• Contacting potential and existing customers to introduce, inform and promote overseas study opportunities via ATS Australian Higher Education Fair.
• Call to confirm customer attendance at the event.
• Providing answers on promotions, offers and Institutions list.
• Keeping and updating call records and note useful information collected.
• Doing follow up calls for events

2.2 Customer Service

• Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically (Email, SMS)
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Performing customer verifications
• Managing customers' contacts (update and follow-up)
