@@What You Will Do:

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries

- Manage homestay service chain about check-in and check-out for clients

- Plan Marketing strategies

- Support and help foreign clients when they stay Vietnam

@@What You Should Be Good At:

- Fluency in English about Interpersonal skills communication skills - verbal and written

- Having Marketing Knowledge is an advantage

- Having listening skills, problem analysis and problem-solving

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Customer service orientation
