Mô tả công việc

• Control DAV's inventory, branches' inventory
• Allocate goods for each sales department base on forecast, analyse result and report
• Plan internal transfer between branch's warehouse base on standard/actual demand
• Analyse supply capacity, report, propose Solution if any
• Analyse weekly sales result, propose solution to fulfil stock if shortage
• Follow up sales progress to anticipate stock month for each branch
• Analyse Cost of goods allocation, propose Solution for Cost saving
• Summarize/analyse weekly internal transfer plan, compare with result
• Take action in case of shortage or over stock
• Solve problems arises due to goods allocation
• Make report for the inventory, goods allocation of each Branch weekly
• Always find the way to improve and maximize the efficiency in daily working
• Others task assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year experience on goods allocation/ Inventory control/Overseas purchasing
• Experience on working with suppliers
• Working under high pressure/responsibility
• English: fluent on both spoken and written
• Good on negotiation/Planning/ Communication skills, especially inrternal working with sales side, Logistics
• Excellent on computer skills: Word/ Excel/ Power Point
• Willing to travel
• Team work
• Air Conditioning knowledge is preferable.
