1. About our league:

We are a so-called new Digital Agency with three mains advantages:

• Always armed with new technologies, new updated ads formats as strong weapons.
• The main battleground is mediabuy.
• And of course we create WOW concepts to win serious battlegrounds.

We fought and won many battles to rescue many so-called Client princesses of many kingdoms: Food, Beer and Alcohol, Electronics, and well… Real Estate, and of course many more. You could be a part of victory, too ;)

2. What does it like to become a member in our league?

Well, about you, if you have some potentials as below, you can 100% absolutely join our league:

• English (yeah, our league is diverse)
• Presentation (to win battles in a elegant, strong and fantastic way)
• It will be an advantage if you are good at BASIC design (it’s about aesthetics)
• We are welcome all 1-year or over experiences, but if you’re fresh, don’t hesitate, we will give you a warm hug tho and very serious training.

Our league would be nothing if we do not have these things as below (so of course it’s very importantly crucially to have them)

• Salary
• Bonus (we know you like it)
• Training (Facebook, Google, new technologies on Digital, and some super duper important skills from soft to hard)
• Regular treats at the weekend or in a radom day, or just… raining days, who knows!

3. The league members that our league is seeking for:

Oh, and to go out there win several battles, we need to strengthen our team. That’s why we need more talents:

1. TWO ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (200-400$, the more special your skills and abilities are, the more you will earn, so let’s enthusiastically negotiate okay?)

Role that you play:

• 60% client service: after win the battle, you serve the Client princess with honor: Daily contact to Client (yes, daily), receive Client’s briefs/requirements and deliver them to our league (clearly and concisely)
• 20% project management: follow timeline and KPIs commited with our princesses (or they will be disapponted which is not gonna happen bro, our league will not disappoint anyone even a civilian.
• 20% media buying (planning): do very basic and simple mediabuy with familiar plaforms such as Facebook and Google and do some research, brainstorm ideas and find data, which is reported and trained by experienced planners (do not worried if you mess up, sometimes).

1. ONE DIGITAL PLANNER: (salary offer is same to Account Executive but for seniors, it’s a 400$ ++ (yes, that plus plus, prove it bro))

• 50% manage all media channels such as Facebook and Google (again, of course these are two giant now bro) and adnetwork, etc.
• 30% working with Creative and Account.
• 20% support Client princesses (yeah they are royal bro, they need more assistants to fulfill their demand)
• And of course, do not worry, mediate mediate, cuz you will report to the talented commander (planners), everything is already on the table (if it’s “quite” good).
