Trainee (Trade Missions & Special events)
1. Main task
The main responsibility will be to support the EVBN project in the preparation of fairs, trade missions and other events.
Tasks will include organizational and administrative aspects and the support of the Communication & Events Manager as well as the Management Team of EVBN.
Experience in large events’ organisation is an asset, but not a prerequisite.
The main requirements are a very good level of English, some sales experience (especially via phone), a very high attention to detail, proactive attitude, ambition to learn and the ability to adapt quickly in an international environment as well as an open and outgoing personality.
2. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support of Communications & Events Manager and Management Team
- Administrative and organizational tasks required for the missions
3. Key Requirements
- Open to any European or Vietnamese citizen currently enrolled as a university student
- Very good English skills (Written and Verbal)
- Proficiency of an additional European language is an asset
- Sales experience or event organisation experience are an asset
- Very good communication skills / social skills
- Reliable and precise working style / High attention to detail
- Proactive mind-set
- Client and service oriented
- Open and outgoing personality
4. Starting Date: ASAP
5. Duration: 6 months minimum – Extension to 12 months possible
