Everest Education (E2) là một doanh nghiệp xã hội trong lĩnh vực giáo dục tập trung vào cá nhân hóa chương trình học tập. E2 phát triển cách tiếp cận của mình dựa trên phương pháp “Blended Learning”, trong đó điều chỉnh cách thức giảng dạy nhằm giúp học sinh phát triển ở mức tối ưu nhất.  

Hiện tại, E2 cung cấp các khóa học bổ trợ về Toán, Tiếng Anh, lập trình máy tính, gia sư cá nhân, và các trại hè STEAM (Khoa học, Công nghệ, Kỹ thuật, Nghệ thuật và Toán)

[HCM] Everest Education is looking for 2 Administrative Executives (1 Senior and 1 Junior staff)

Everest Education (E2) is social enterprise founded by Don Le (Stanford University) and Tony Ngo (Harvard Business School) with a mission: to transform education in Vietnam bypersonalizing learning for all students. You will…

The Admin team is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of E2. Admin team works behind and in-front of the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly for students, staff, and families. The job description shall be amended from time to time, depending on changes of business requirements.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Senior Administrative Excutive:
-Ensure the implementation of required daily checklist for each learning center.
-Fully understand the Admin job in each learning center and act as a back-up Admin when necessary.
-Lead projects and initiatives that help improve administrative processes and ensure a positive working environment.
-Manage Admin junior staff with daily tasks; ensure the consistency of Admin’s team performance.
-Arrange working plan for Admin team.
-Assist with develop budget and control the Admin expense on a daily basis
-Organize and lead ad-hoc tasks/projects or one-off requirement.
-Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Junior Administrative Executive:
-Ensure proper operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating newequipment and techniques.
-Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to control inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
-Support academic teams, ensure classes are fully equipped and ready to use before studytime.
-Control and maintain the appearance of the classrooms, reception and meeting areas
-Welcome students and parents when they arrive. Instruct them to the right destinations and also be responsible for introducing E2 program to new clients.
-Answer and transfer incoming call to the attention person from other Departments and take note if the person is not available
-Manage student attendance list and go through cleaning service checklist as a daily task.
-Lead projects and initiatives that help improve administrative processes and a ensure a positive working environment.
-Keep track of company travel plan, monthly update number of required trips.

You have…
-Academic or work experience in administrative position
-Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
-Proficiency in MS office and managing databases, spreadsheets
