Job Description:

• Nhận và kiểm tra chứng từ (hóa đơn, hợp đồng,…);

• Xử lý các giao dịch và báo cáo trên module AR/ AP;

• Kiểm tra đối chiếu số liệu chi tiết lên báo cáo tổng hợp;

• Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Kế toán trưởng;

• Công việc trao đổi cụ thể khi phỏng vấn.

Job Requirements:

• Sinh viên mới ra trường hoặc hơn 6 tháng kinh nghiệm;

• Có năng lực nghiệp vụ kế toán, nắm vững chế độ kế toán;

• Tổ chức, sắp xếp và xây dựng kế hoạch để thực hiện nhiệm vụ được phân công;

• Biết tổng hợp và phân tích báo cáo. Thi hành nhiệm vụ chính xác và đúng quy định;

• Assist in organizing Job Fairs, Technical Days or Seminars… at colleges and universities to promote company’s image and environment;

• Create good relationship with universities to build talent fresh graduate resource;

• Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, internet job boards, tech association, and university alumni resources;

• Analyze resource needs and make recruitment plan;

• Execute the screening process, initial interviewing, tracking and hiring close;

• Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need;

• Build up candidate database;

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends;

• Prepare recruitment reports weekly/ monthly;

• Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

• Study Functional Requirement to develop Detail Requirement for Project team;

• Be responsible for requirement understanding by studying and transferring customer requirement to development team through Q&A process;

• Create training material and train project team about business of the system;

• Directly communicate with customer requirements;

• Review work products of implementation team;

• Implement Integration Test, Operation Test.

Job Requirements:

• Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering;

• Have knowledge in software development life-cycle from requirement to system testing;

• Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role in ERP package development;

• Have deep knowledge in at least one area in ERP packages such as Financial Accounting, HR payroll or Sales system;

• Candidate with skill in Web application development is preferred;

• Proactive, hard-working, high responsibility and commitment are mandatory character for candidate who wants to join our team;
