MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆCPrinciple Accountabilities:Managing and control of Fixed Assets in compliance with local requirements and accounting standard.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely and advise project teams on how to manage project financially as well as how asset should be constructed properly in compliance with accountingand local requirements
2. Fixed Assets capitalization guideline: ensure all related parties understand and follow
3. Management of all Asset Under Construction assets, make sure they are properly recorded and timely capitalized
4. Managing the process of Fixed Assets capitalisation and labelling
5. Verify all the FCV fixed assets are in place and well maintained.
6. If there were a defect/damaged in the assets, coordinate with all related departments in order timely process and update into system
7. Monthly run of fixed asset depreciation to make sure all depreciation costs go to right period - prepare FA & depreciation report for both IFRS and VAS purposes
8. Ensure the closing of fixed assets is run based on procedure and on time to provide on time and accurate information for the management.
9. For disposed Fixed asset, make sure they are:

• Written off timely in sap system,
• Support with sufficient supporting documents and
• Endorsed with proper authorization

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or related majors
• 1-3 years experience in Accounting
• Hard working and detail oriented
• SAP experience is a plus

Principle Accountabilities

• Responsible for distributors’ contracts
• Responsible for product return and complaint
• Responsible for monthly rebate

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for master data of distributors (contract, credit limit, collateral, etc.)
• Follow up distributors’ contracts
• Receive requests for market return & verify whether the request against company procedures
• Process and follow up market return
• Coordinate with regional office, warehouse and QC department for better service in market return
• Maintain and settle monthly rebate in SAP
• Make rebate monthly report for approval and prepare informing letters to distributors based on the closing of Sales promotion programs
• Send mailing to distributors if any
• Make reports as requested by CS Manager.
• Other tasks as assigned by CS Manager.

Requirements:

• University degree (prefer Finance base)
• English communication
• Microsoft office ( mainly basic Excel)
• Interpersonal skill & communication skill
• Problem solving skill: recognize issues & propose solutions
• Detailed & hard work
