Mô tả chi tiết công việc

• Receive the shipping requests from customers and coordinate with partners/ vendors to process the shipment Seamless shipping of customers’ cargos from China to respective Amazon’s warehouses in the US Assist customers with their requested information regarding their shipments
• Guide the customers through shipping process
• Provide customers with timely and accurate information regarding their shipments, and helpful suggestions for situation arisen during the shipping process 95% customer satisfaction
• Keep track of data: Keep track of records of shipments for billing to customers and payments to partners/ vendors All records need to be well-organized, up-to-date and accurate

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year working experience in job position that requires communications with foreign counterparts or colleagues
• Working experiences in international logistics sector is a plus
