Highlands Coffee was born out of the pure passion for Vietnamese coffee. Originating as a packaged coffee business, in Hanoi, in 2000, we’ve quickly grown into a chain of well-known coffee shops that have been expanding throughout Vietnam and abroad since 2002.

 We are looking for FRANCHISE INTERN 

Job Description:

• Prepare forms and paper works- Place and receive telephone calls and record message
• Perform general secretarial duties for the Director of Operations.
• Maintain a schedule of appointments and makes arrangements for conferences
• Obtain, gather and organize pertinent data as needed and put data into usable form.

Requirement:

• A passionate, dedicated, motivated and reliable individual who is capable of working well as a team player
• Speak English fluently ( IELTS >=6.0) 
•  Working knowledge of business English
• Strong communication and analytical skills 
• Good at computer: Excel, Access...
• Female only 
• Full-time intern period - 3 months
