Highlands Coffee is a Vietnamese coffee shop chain and producer and distributor of coffee products, established in Hanoi by Vietnamese American David Thai in 1998. The founding of the Highlands Coffee company marked the first time an Overseas Vietnamese was able to register a private company within Vietnam. As of 2009, the company operated 80 coffee shops in six cities and provinces across Vietnam. In 2011, Highlands Coffee purchased the pho chain Phở 24 from Lý Quí Trung for an estimated 20 million USD. The next year, Highlands sold 50% of its shares to the Philippines multinational chain Jollibee Worldwide for 25 million USD. In March 2012, under a partnership with Philippine Internet café company Digital Paradise, the first hybrid Highlands/Netopia internet café and coffee shop was opened in the Philippines.

Trainee will be dynamic and efficient to handdle administration and support for the working HR employees in Highlands Coffee. He/She will assist with training and recruitment process.

• Support for Recruitment team ( post recruiting ads on website and collect CV for the screening, follow the schedule of candidate interview by calling, arranging…)
• Support for C&B team ( Prepare forms and paper works, input data for C&B, some activities organized for HR employees in Highlands Coffee…)
• Working hour: 8:00 am – 5.00 pm, 5 days a week (at least 3 months)
• Working location: 135/37/50 Nguyen Huu Canh street, 22 ward, Binh Thanh dis, HCMC.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

• Students majored in Bussiness Administrative or Human Resources Management from Universities and Colleges
• Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power point are needed
• Experience in Human Resources Activities is a plus
