We are looking for INTERN FOR OPERATION DIRECTOR

Job Description:

• Perform general secretarial duties for the Director of Operations.
• Prepare forms and paper works- Place and receive telephone calls and record message-
• Maintain a schedule of appointments and makes arrangements for conferences
• Obtain, gather and organize pertinent data as needed and put data into usable form.
• Working Location: 135/37/50 Nguyen Huu Canh street, 22 ward, Binh Thanh dis, HCMC.

Requirement:

• A passionate, dedicated, motivated and reliable individual who is capable of working well as a team player
• Speak English fluently ( IELTS >6.0) 
• Working knowledge of business 
• Strong communication and analytical skills 
• Good at computer: Excel, Access...
• Female only 
• Full-time intern period - 3 months
