Position Summary 

• The Accounting Clerk is in charged of issueing voucher of duty and tax, COD (Cash on Delivery) invoice . This role will actively engage in ensuring entry and payment of duty & tax in time and accuracy, issuing COD invoice for daily COD delivery and taking part in month-end closing for import revenue.

Key Accountabilities (Point Form) 

• Issuing Customs Receipt to customer
• Daily report of duty and tax, customs fee
• Issuing COD invoice for daily COD shipment
• Making payment of duty and tax, customs fee and others .
• Issuing government invoice of COD shipment
• Monitoring the outsourced jobs handled by P&T, related to duty and tax.
• Monthly reconciling duty & tax paid to Customs
• Ad-hoc assignments from FM

Job Requirement

• Having knowledge in Finance & Accounting
• 1-2 years related work experience
• Knowledge in Ms Access, Ms Excel....Computer literate
• Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in volume driven and service oriented industry is preferred, example, courier, retail or any service industry
