1. Senior Educational Consultant

Working location: Biên Hoà, Bình Dương

1.Job description

Sales Supervision

  • Lead the Educational Consultants in achieving the sales targets (both class numbers and average numbers) set for Public Course students through activities consistent with the company’s sales and marketing strategy
  • Issue weekly Class Situation report, monthly conversion, comers & quitters reports and others upon requests
  • Supervise enquiries and follow up enquiries procedure
  • Manage waiting list, lapsed students to make sure having a pool for filling up classes and opening new classes

Customer Service Supervision

  • Supervise and improve level of customer service through working closely with the Educational Consultants, marketing staff, academic (including teachers)
  • Follow placement test procedure to give the best first impression to students. Ensure Placement Tests are correctly administered for each student before they commence any course of study at Apollo.
  • Supervise the telephone calling & answering skills & procedures of the whole team
  • Supervise attendance registers

Public Courses Administration Supervision

  • Supervise the administration of all products offered on a public course basis. Ensure that all necessary administration work for the products is conducted in an accurate and timely fashion.

Customer Service Team Supervision

  • Prepare and review as necessary job descriptions and reviews for the Educational Consultants
  • Conduct regular staff meetings for Educational Consultant team. Ensure educational consultant teams are informed, inspired and motivated
  • Monitor, train to ensure the team is empowered to follow the policies and procedures to maximize the customer service

Educational Consultant team supervisionOther duties assigned by the Centre Manager.

2.Job requirement

  • Vietnamese national
  • Holder of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Foreign Languages or Foreign Trade
  • Be proactive, interpersonal, and detail-oriented
  • At least one year experience in the same position in FMCG companies is an advantage (regardless of industry)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
  • Proven selling and persuasive skill
  • Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

2. EFL Support & Admin Officer

Working location: Bình Dương, Hà Nội, TP. Hồ Chí Minh

Mission: Support the administration and EFL functions to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of the centre

Test schedule:

  • Accuracy test schedule according to the class situation on the software
  • Teachers and relevant departments are being informed about the test schedules and any changes

Test packs preparation:Test packs are prepared and given to teachers as the timeline in the test schedule

Test result:

  • Teachers are informed about the deadline of returning the marked test
  • Accurate test results are updated and informed to relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Accurate test results are updated on the online report system timely for teachers to write reports

Reports and certificates:

  • Ensure all finishing classes to have reports completed by teachers as the given deadline 2 days after the last lessons
  • Certificates are given to all students on the last lesson

2. Adminnistration support:

Supporting resource room

  • Giving general support to teachers and other staff in resource room
  • Stationeries and other materials are enough for teachers uses

Other administration tasks:

  • Manage security guards and tea-ladies: Centre is safe, neat and tidy
  • Prepare and maintain equipment: Equipment are in good condition to use and are enough for centre’s need. Keeping a list of equipment to ensure no equipment gone missing

3. Customer Service Officer

Working location: Hà Nội, TP. Hồ Chí Minh

1. Job description

  • Efficient & high quality implementation of customer care at the centre.CSOs are responsible for customer care to all internal and external customers.
  • ReportingAt all time CSOs should know and be able to report on all aspects of the responsible areas related to sales and customer service efficient and high quality operations.
  • CommunicationCommunicate well with other CSOs and ECs and staff from other departments in the centre including teachers, EFL admin staff, tea ladies, security guards and etc.
  • Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Apollo’s Centre Operations in line with the strategic goals of their centre(s) and the organization.
  • Other duties assigned by the Centre Manager.

1. Job description

  • Accountable for the overall profitability and the strategic plan of the centre
  • Lead sales and marketing activities to deliver sales and revenue target
  • Coordinate centre operation and services to achieve customer satisfaction and optimize customer experience
  • Manage centre facilities and equipments up to Apollo standards and brand guidelines
  • Provide leadership and direction to all staff (both local and expatriates) and be responsible for performances and developments of all staff of the centre

2. Job requirement

  • Vietnamese national 
  • Holder of bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce 
  • At least 02 year experience in managerial position 
  • Proven leadership and ability to develop, motivate and drive a team 
  • Excellent selling skills with proven experience in sales management with strong customer focus 
  • Be proactive, customer-oriented, result-driven with professional demeanour 
  • Strong problem solving skill and have analytical thinking 
  • Good in planning and execution

5. EFL Officer cum TA Supervisor

Working location: Bình Dương, Hà Nội, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Bắc Ninh

1. Job description:

a. EFL Supporting tasks:

  • Arrange the final tests, reports and certificates for all young learner classes
  • Liaise with AC/ AM to supply tests for YL classes
  • Book interns for the written end of level tests
  • Update the Mid-term and End of Course report forms on Apollo Online and let teachers the deadlines of the results and reports
  • Collect test results & reports for issuing certificates & reports for YL classes
  • Ensure that reports are collected/ signed and documented appropriately
  • Report to Academic Coordinator or EFL Supervisor any delay in reports and test results
  • Support the other EFL Officer in taking care of EFL Library/Materials and in the execution of all EFL courses when the other EFL Officer is not in the EFL/ teachers' room when teachers need support
  • Assist Scheduling Officer with some admin things as requested by EFL Supervisor
  • Provide necessary administrative support on materials to all teachers during their working hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned by EFL & Admin Supervisor.

b. TA Supervision tasks:

  • Supervise TA on weekends to ensure TAs come to work on time and support them to handle difficult problems
  • Scheduling TAs’ schedule and checking their timesheet exactly.
  • Call to parents monthly to inform them about students’ studying progress
  • Follow up with all TAs monthly and strictly to make sure they fill in all information about students’ studying in class
  • Training TAs to call parents (if needed)
  • TA training: work with Academic Coordinator and EFL Supervisor to conduct TA training to make sure we deliver the best service.
  • Work with Academic Coordinator and EC Supervisor to get teachers’ feedback about TAs and solve them.
  • Cover for sick or late Teaching Assistance (if needed)
  • Assist EFL Supervisor, when requested

c. Administration Tasks

  • Performing administrative duties to support the operations of the office

2. Job requirements 

  • Vietnamese national and Holder of Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English Language)
  • A high intermediate level in English (All skills: reading, writing, listening & speaking)
  • At least 1 year EFL experience
  • Ability to deal with Vietnamese nationals as well as expats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Accurate and timely reporting
  • Ability to work in a team environment
