JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Back Sales

Reporting to: Deputy Director (Sales) and Manager of Procurement

General Purpose of the job

  • The overall purpose of this position is to get the best price of most suitable products or services that meet customer request and ensure the procurement process is implemented smoothly and meet the deadline of delivery for customer. Assistant Manager is a backup for Manager of Procurement to handle and solve problems if any occurs during the procurement process. This position provide the assistance on a is also as well as building a good relationship with vendors, partners to contribute.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Searching suppliers to select the best one who can provide goods with best prices, good quality as well as delivery time as requirement.
  • Negotiate well to get competitive price of goods or service from vendors.
  • Making Quotation and contract and revise, modify timely upon the request from Front sales or Engineering Team. Ensure to complete Quotation/ Contract on deadline to submit customers.
  • Making PO, ensure to place PO and control to get services from vendor and deliver to customer on schedule
  • Solve the trouble in procurement process if any.
  • Follow up project progress and make prompt action to ensure it on schedule, meet customer demand.
  • Control and manage projects until they are completed.
  • Take responsibility of whole projects related to products, service even after finish and make action to solve the problem if any.
  • Managing the maintenance works (Check staff’s jobs /update MRC status including revenue)
  • Internal co-operation as follows:
  • Support for Front sales on projects implement.
  • Co-operate with all department as Engineer, Accounting, HR for material, equipment, service, facilities requirement to meet business need.
  • Co-operate with Engineering team on delivery equipment, goods to customer such as arrange truck, make formality,..)
  • Support engineer (warranty, repairing, service report…)
  • Receive and filling service report from Engineer.
  • Update data on Purchasing list, order system, other list…
  • Support for Front sales on projects implement.
  • Making Reports:
  • Report status of ordering and delivery of projects promptly.
  • Report of back sales information as request promptly.
  • Report of trouble and solutions.
  • Develop relationship with partners for further business chance.
  • Other assignment related to projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Female
  • Used to be Assistant for Procurement Manager or in similar position in companies which provide IT service and products for customers .
  • 1-2 Experience in procurement of IT goods.
  • Have knowledge about IT equipment and services: PC, Server, Router, Firewall, PBX…etc.
  • Fluent English communication and writing.
