M&E Engineer

Job Description

·           Manage all the jobs of the Maintenance team in mechanical and electrical systems, building facilities. Work with the concerned departments to handle daily tasks of the team

·           Define the list of routine maintenance tasks for mechanical and electrical systems in the building

Xây dựng danh sách các nhiệm vụ, công việc bảo trì bảo dưỡng định kì cho thiết bị cơ điện trong tòa nhà.

·           Lead the team to follow the technical procedures in operating systems and technical equipment of the building

Hướng dẫn nhân viên vận hành hệ thống thiết bị kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà đúng quy trình kỹ thuật.

·           Task assignment, monitoring, performing maintenance works and solving technical problems in the building

Sắp xếp công việc cho nhóm, theo dõi và thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa và xử lý ban đầu các sự cố kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà.

·           Supervise vendors on maintenance works and coordinate relevant groups to handle incident response

·           Researching, recommendation, establishing and implementing continuously process improvement plans, operation maintenance to achieve continuous efficient and effective result

·           Planning procurement and replacement of spare parts annually

Lập kế hoạch mua sắm, thay thế các thiết bị dự phòng hàng năm.

·           Report to Security Manager on the operation and maintenance periodically

Báo cáo cho trưởng phòng an ninh định kỳ về các công việc vận hành, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng.

·           Perform other tasks as requested by higher level

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Qualifications

·           Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Tốt nghiệp Đại Học chuyên ngành Cơ Điện Lạnh hoặc tương đương.

·           Minimum of 05 years in the office building maintenance or related-industry experience with at least 03 years at the leader or supervisor level

Security Specialist

Job Description

• Establish, maintain, monitor and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to follow ISO27001:2013 standard.
• Contribute to the security budget planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk treatment, ISO certification and awareness activities for all security operations.
• Recognize problems by identifying abnormalities, respond immediately to security incidents, come up with post-incident analysis and reporting security violations.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Develop best practices and security standards; implement security improvements by assessing the current situation, evaluating trends and maintaining security controls.
• Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic security audits to ensure operational security controls implemented and maintained properly.

• Improve security defense by research and implement new technologies, techniques and tactics.

• Perform penetration testing on company’s applications, network devices, servers and other systems in production and development environment.
• Develop and update business continuity planning and disaster recovery protocols.

• Provide technical security advice to colleagues.

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT Security area in Enterprise level of IT (large IT systems, large corporation). Have knowledge about ISO27001, ITIL is plus advantages.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of well-known and cutting-edge technologies.
• Good problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
