1. MARKETING INTERN

Responsibilities:

• Write PR article/ press release regarding company events
• Recruit participant to join public seminar/ industrial tour via IT group, forum and directly email.
• Support to hold KMS’s events ( public seminar, industrial tour, job fair, …)
• Come up with ideas to design graphics (banner, poster, lock screen, …)
• Execute online marketing plan
• Work with senior marketing executive to accomplish marketing plan

Requirements:

• For 3rd or 4th year students
• Available for 6 months internship (At least 3-month Full-time)
• Must be very good and comfortable with reading and writing using English
• Familiar with online research and capability to explore new domain
• Understand how to utilize social network, forum to facilitate online marketing jobs
• Knowledge of software development is a plus

2. MARKETING SPECIALIST

The winning candidate will join Incubator Team, the special unit that is responsible for new products development, mainly Mobile code & test platform at the moment.

We expect the candidate possesses excellent English, confident with managing website and social channels aim to international users.

Strong experience with digital marketing tools is required.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for leading and coordinating with designers and engineers to build company / product websites
• Acquire quality online content for the website and social channels
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns
• Plan product marketing launch according to product releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
• Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and forums
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Tracking marketing KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software product marketing and digital marketing experience
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing
• Very strong written communication skills in English
• Familiar with online marketing and CRM tools but not limited to GA, Kissmetrics, Segment.io, Mixpanel, Activecampaign, Salesforce, etc.
• Knowledge of software development is a plus

3. HR INTERN

Job objective:

To work closely with HRBP to ensure the smooth of on/off boarding and global mobility and all other HR services while maintaining a great employee relations.  

Main responsibilities:

• Supports the implementation of onboarding and off-boarding process
• Supports the implementation of Global mobility services (work permit, passport, visa, international assignment, overseas business trip, relocation)
• Lives and promotes the company values of exceeding client’s expectation, people development, innovation and integrity
• Complies fully with the Code of Conduct, health and safety requirements, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor graduate or 3rd to last year university student
