The KMS L&D team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in HR/training.

Your key responsibilities:

• Organize Company English Test and evaluate test results
• Design and organize English training programs/classes and activities, create English training materials
• Collect and organize feedback from trainees and evaluations from trainers
• Coordinate with both trainers and trainees to provide support or solve any issues that may arise
• Maintain employees’ learning progress and history systematically
• Provide learning management reports as needed
• Support employees by answering questions, monitoring progress in English classes, giving improvement suggestions
• Contribute to the development of soft skills training materials
• Contribute to L&D department events & activities
• Any other duties or tasks as needed by the department manager

Qualifications

Skills/experience You need to be Successful

• At least 2 years of experience in training and development
• Strong abilities in written and spoken English
• Good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
• Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have good self-learning and self-motivation skills
• Have a “can-do” attitude
• Well organized, proactive, open-minded & works autonomously
• Highly responsible and supportive
• Able to work under pressure

Education/ training preferred:

• Bachelor Degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Advanced Degree and professional certifications are beneficial
