1. Marketing Intern: 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate to hold KMS’s events (tech meetup, company tour, job fair, career counseling)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create materials (banner, standee, poster, etc.)
• Support teammate in events and particular projects, as well as on ad-hoc requests.

2. Admin Intern:

Responsibilities:

• Handle the reception, such as meeting and greeting clients and guests; arranging couriers; answering and forwarding phone calls; sorting and distributing post
• Take care of office operations to ensure the offices operate smoothly. This includes equipment repairs and maintenance, fixed asset control, parking registration, and office purchases
• Other tasks as assigned.

4. Talent Acquisition Intern:

Responsibilities:

• Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange test & interview, data entry, deliver test/interview result to candidates…
• Support for recruitment events and company’s activities such as Industrial tour/Job fair at University, KMS Recruitment day, and other events related to recruitment and employer branding
• Other administrative required by supervisor
