Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

• Support in logistic arrangement for class
• Prepare attendance sheets for training courses
• Remind and follow up trainees
• Send invitation to trainers/ trainees
• Input data into KMS Learning Management System for trainee enrolment and attendance
• Coordinate admin to prepare for meetup, reunion party
• Support Bootcamp event in details
• Make and clear cash for some events/ activities
• Other tasks upon the request

Qualifications

Skills/experience You need to be Successful

• Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students
• Interested in training and developing people
• At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
• Have organizational skills and continuous improvement mindset
• English: good writing skill
• Good teamwork skills, be able to cooperate with other members
• Having basic IT knowledge/background is a big plus
