1. GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing materials for Global market
• Support UI for web & application
• Support in-house videos editing (entry level)

Requirements:

• 3-month full-time/part-time internship (Full-time is preferable)
• Have good aesthetic sense
• Have design and software skills
• Detail and quality oriented and able to work on multiple projects at the same time

2. ADMIN INTERN

Responsibilities:  

• Handle the reception, such as meeting and greeting clients and guests; arranging couriers; answering and forwarding phone calls; sorting and distributing post
• Take care of office operations to ensure the offices operate smoothly. This includes equipment repairs and maintenance, fixed asset control, parking registration, and office purchases
• Supporting the team in organization of events; or company activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Student in English, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred
• At least 6-month Full-time Internship
• Professional appearance and female only
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, speech clarity, customer service, information management
• Careful, friendly, patient, proactive, open-minded, organized and highly responsible

3. FULL-STACK JAVASCRIPT INTERN

Responsibilities:  

• Support to implement new features for product
• Support the marketing team to investigate issues if there is any concern from users

Skills and requirements:

• For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students
• At least 6 months of commitment for the internship period (Full-time is preferable)
• Strong background knowledge in OOP, Data structures and algorithms
• Some knowledge and experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Already developed web application or mobile application
• Already worked with some source version controls: Git/SVN
• Passionate about learning and updating latest technologies and willing to learn new things in any technology stacks
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese is a plus

4. MARKETING INTERN

Responsibilities:

• Write PR article/ press release regarding company events
• Recruit participant to join public seminar/ industrial tour via IT group, forum and directly email
• Support to hold KMS’s events ( public seminar, industrial tour, job fair, …)
• Come up with ideas to design graphics (banner, poster, lock screen, …)
• Execute online marketing plan
• Work with senior marketing executive to accomplish marketing plan

Requirements:

• For 3rdor 4th year students
• Available for 6 months full-time internship
• Must be very good and comfortable with reading and writing using English
• Familiar with online research and capability to explore new domain
• Understand how to utilize social network, forum to facilitate online marketing jobs
• Knowledge of software development is a plus

5. EVENT ASSISTANT INTERN

Responsibilities:

As an Event Assistant Intern, you will support Event Team (belongs to Admin Department) including but not limited to:

• Support implementation of company’s events to connect staffs, create a fun and interesting working environment, such as: Company Trip, Year End Party, Sports festival, Sport clubs…
• Other tasks as assigned
