Full time internship (3 months) – FINANCE TEAM

We are currently looking for an intern for our Finance Team. The JDs are as following:

• Maintain/ Input billing information in local online billing system.
• Prepare the invoices to print, sign before sending to clients.
• Follow up the delivery process and update status in local postage system.
• Prepare related billing documents.
• Other ad-hoc tasks to support billing team.
