    1. Expert, Buy-off Rosa Bus

    • Report to : Assistant Manager, Rosa Bus
    • Location : 693 Quang Trung Street, Ward 8, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • University degree in automobile or mechanics
    • 1-2 year(s) of experience in automotive field, preferable in quality control
    • Good English-Vietnamese and Computer Skill (MS office)
    • Have ability to read drawings and related technical documents. Have knowledge quality management system ISO.
    • Have knowledge quality analysis tools (Seven QC tools, etc.) is a plus

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    1. Product Quality Control
    • Control and conduct Buy-off inspection the finished Bus.
    • Detect, follow-up and monitor all technical alterations, engineering changes, holomogation and preventive information.
    • Record and maintain Buy-off inspection results and Check the Job-card completeness.
    • Detect the non-conformity products and parts and Follow up the correction.
    • Follow up the rework process and re-check the product which is after rework again.
    • Other required tasks from supervisor.

    2. Quality Improvement
    • Standardize and update the process and product audit check lists, work instructions and procedures.
    • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of corrective and preventive actions.
    • Participate in preparation and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions.
    • Ensure the inspection tools/equipment are calibrated before using.

    3. Reporting, communication and compliance
    • Daily report to supervisor the status of Buy-off inspection result and correction action.
    • Inform and comment any potential reasons causing serious defects or damages to supervisor.
    • Effectively communicate to SAMCO to any problem-solving related to product quality.
    • Contact with Daimler experts for updating and aligning the product quality standard and requirements.

    2. Expert, IS-Tester & Tool-Cart

    • Report to : Assistant Manager, Product Engineering
    • Location : 693 Quang Trung Street, Ward 8, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Graduated technical university or equivalent. Preferably subjects related to mechanical, programing and torque tightening.
    • 1-2 years of experience in the automobile; Experience in diagnostic program and torque management.
    • Profound diagnostic equipment know-how; good automobile manufacture knowledge. Communication and presentation skill. Time management.
    • Fluent English in oral speech and writing; Network system & PC hardware experience.
    • Having working ability in groups with international team.
    • Having computer skills: C++ programming and computer hardware is a plus.

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    1. Ensure Non-Stop Production:
    • Monitor system periodically, look for abnormal points which can make the equipment malfunction, record the situation and recommend for backup solution.
    • Analyze and make troubleshooting for IS-Tester & Tool Cart.
    • Contact to Daimler field experts or manufacturer for information exchanges.

    2. Manage maintenance of IS-Tester & Tool Cart & prepare spare parts:
    • Schedule and organize the maintenance plan.
    • Coordinate with related section to perform maintenance works.
    • Follow-up the maintenance, record list for periodically monitoring and keep IS-Tester & Tool Cart machines in operating condition.
    • Analyze, prepare spare part list.
    • Order spare parts and make replacement if necessary.

    3. Develop the IS-Tester & Tool Cart:
    • Analyze the improving requirements. Design, suggest solutions for the update. Present design for approval by TD management team.
    • Coordinate with manufacturer to implement the approved design.
    • Commission to ensure system in modernization status.

    4. Implement new IS-Tester & Tool Cart machines:
    • Analyze the requirements. Calculate needed technical parameter.
    • Receive the new machine design and analyze. Make proposal in necessary. Present to get approval.
    • Commission new machines and receive handover from supplier.

    5. Analyze and report:
    • Record periodically the equipment status and troubleshooting.
    • Analyze, summarize and prepare monthly report of IS-Tester & Tool Cart machines.

    6. Other Product Engineering works:
    • Work with process engineer, production and Quality Management to set technical standard.
    • Any other engineering work as required.

    3. Expert, Jig Maintenance and Spare Parts

    • eport to : Manager, Rosa Bus Production Process

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Graduation from University in Mechanical or Automotive field
    • Fluent in PC usage for CAD drawing.
    • Knowledge of automobile production.
    • 1-2 year(s) of experience in production equipment maintenance, especially in Bus &Truck Bodyshop manufacturing
    • Fluent English; Japanese language acknowledge is preferable
    • Be patient and willing to work in ex-hours & always on move

     

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    1. Monitor, maintenance and repair jigs
    • Establish the work schedule and monitor daily performance.
    • Implement the periodic maintenance
    • Co-ordinate with SCV (Samco Commercial Vehicle Factory) mechanical team to implement the repair and replacement for all jigs at bodyshop.

    2. Manage and control jig spare parts
    • Establish schedule for spare part replacement based on the maintenance schedule
    • Co-ordinate to MFTBC (Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation) and MBV (Mercedes-Benz Vietnam) logistics to order new spare parts
    • Ensure spare parts kept in good condition at contractor SCV

    3. Maintenance guideline and documentation
    • Set up maintenance guideline for all jigs
    • Issue work instructions for maintenance and spare parts replacement for each jig
    • Co-operate with SCV mechanical team for training

    4. 5S and improvement
    • Issue 5S principles and train to Bodyshop workers
    • Report the improvement solutions

    2. Project reporting
    • Use project management tools to monitor project status, project plan and budget

    • Report and escalate to project manager as needed

    3. Coordination of Location Strategy Workshops
    • Preparation and coordination of location strategy workshops, including venue selection
    • Initiation of procurement & payment process
    • Detailed workshop preparations, capturing of all meeting materials, taking and distributing ‘Minutes of Meeting’

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    1. Control and support Production Line
    • Monitor MPS, CS1 including documentation/alterations management and implement training within team
    • Support and monitor production interrupts related to engineering/part/qualities issues, report and follow-up the corrective actions.

    2. Coordinator in manufacture
    • Inspect the problem root cause analysis, monitor defect elimination process and implement corrective actions.
    • Monitor and implement regular/irregular technical alterations
    • Implement training, if any.
    • Follow up the implementing the work instructions and technical document on shop floor
    • Coordinate with T/A team from DAG to assist and support operators in term of technical to get standardized and smooth operations.
    • Cooperate with operators or QA/QM in inspecting and solving common technical problems that may occur in production line.

    3. Technical documentation and Technical improvement documentation
    • Create/revise local technical documentation as production activities requirement (including local WI, internal prevention document,…)
    • Cooperate with related departments to assist, monitor and record the result and implement process all the improvement activities (including training or new set-up process)
