Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER (1-2 years of restaurant experience)

Description:
Marcel Gourmet Burger is a locally owned french burger joint that will be positioned as a premium fast-food franchise through our creative approach with our branding and marketing. marcel will provide a combination of excellent food, with quality ingredients at value pricing, with trendy packaging and outgoing atmosphere.

As the assistant manager, you will be the right arm of the manager, helping him in the daily operations from customer service to dealing with supplies. You will be the leader of the waiters/waitress team and make sure our customer service is at the upmost level. You will also help in marketing and communication tasks as a native Vietnamese speaker.

This is a central position and only highly motivated candidates, eager to progress and learn, and ready to work long hours, will be considered.

Requirements:
- Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers.
- Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job.
- Teamwork: You will be working with others to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
- Leadership Skills: You will have to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and take initiatives.
- Experience in restaurant or F&B industry is required.
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED (FRENCH IS A PLUS)
- Full Time: 4-5 days/week - 10am to 11pm - Days off and shift to be determined.
- Language: Vietnamese, English

Salary: 8 to 12 millions
