Mô Tả Công Việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Control Admin expenses monthly
• Control office assets & settle monthly payment voucher for suppliers
• Welcome visitors& receive phone call to transfer to company members
• Contact to suppliers & purchase office equipment
• Arrange all meeting rooms & control facilities
• Arrange book Taxi, mobile, air ticket & car transaction for all members & Experts
• Secretary for Expatriates such as: traveling, settlement…
• Supporting jobs relating to HR jobs and events in company
• Other Admin jobs under assignments
* Working place: 364 Etown, Cong Hoa Str, Tan Binh, HCMC
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Female
• University graduate
• Having 1 - 2 years experience in relevant position
• Should have working experience in foreign company
• Active – speedy – willing to work under high pressure
• Willing to learn and aggressive approach
• Good adaptation with new change & environment
• Hard working, creative, oriented & good communication
• Good English skills & communication
• Good computer skills: Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point, making ADMIN report
