Job Decription:

• Manage promoter, implement PG policy;
• Interview, recruit new PG and evaluate PG regularly;
• Suggest and arrange facilities for PG (uniform, name badge, tools…);
• Check the issues with PG and solve with Dealer/ Sales PIC;
• Set monthly target for PG by outlet and category;
• Check result of each PG vs the target;
• Have weekly meeting with PG to know market, product display situation and report to related one to solve the issues if any;
• Manage PG report through Facebook daily;
• Get feedback, complain, request, quality issue from market then report to relating department.

Requirement:

• Have 1-2 years experience in managing PG field;
• Have a good relationship with electronic shops;
• Have experience of the activity of electronic shops;
• Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English;
• Computer skill on Microsoft Office application (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint…), Mail;
• Be willing to travel for business frequently.
