Mô tả công việc

• Overall responsibility for technical support of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users, Project owners and Consultant by providing customer requirements to Sale Project Manager.
• Understand and communicate customer requirements to Sale Project Manager.
• Analazing technical specifications from customer, making technical data and select suitable equipment suitable equipments to support sales to proceed quotation.
• Develop contents of the training modules and maintain the training materials in a common directory.
• Making training course for all kind of customer when sales need support to develop market.
• Support sales to have technical meeting with customer.
• Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Keep customer (consultant, project manager) database updated

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduation
• Education Engineering qualification preferably in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or have experience within the HVAC and contracting industry is essential.
• English fluently
• Good at computer skills 
• Has experience with consultant is the advantage
• Communication well, widen knowledge about HVAC system.
• Willing to travel for business.
