- Interact with business functions (Agency/Partnership Distribution, Product, Operations, Customer service) and understand key drivers and points of friction for customers and business owners
- Develop insights that support business growth at different areas
- Develop propensity models to improve business effectiveness.
- Be proactive in identifying improvements in campaigns and/or business processes.
- Interact with 3rd party analytics experts

- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with one of the programming language: R/Python is preferred

2. Banca Compensation Operations Specialist:

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Prepare memo, get approvals and be in charge of communication to bank partners
- Update the compensation results and be responsible of communication to relevant parties
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the compensation payments should be on time and accurate
- Work with DCOM to verify when having any discrepancies or complaints from partners regarding compensation payment
- Proceed the approval process for compensation payments from PD to partners
- Prepare and store necessary documents for filling and for audit purpose
- Prepare and proceed verification on appeal cases happened to compensation
- Updating current result of the compensation package
- Provide information and communication when having partners’ feedback on report/payment results…etc.
- As assigned by Line Manager depending on department’s requirement

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor level is required, majored in Mathematics, Statistics or Business Management. MBA is a plus.
- Min 2-3 years of working experience, preferable in life insurance or FMCG industries
- Good understanding of life insurance industry is a plus.
- Analytic mindset, careful, detailed, excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
