Anti Money Laundering Sanction Specialist

Distribution Compliance Senior Supervisor

Job Description

Job Purpose: Handles & investigates all violations of Sales force (SF) in assigned regions to protect benefits of customer as well as company; to prevent and minimize the fraud risk of SF; to educate the SF on codes of conduct, rules, regulations and Company guidelines.

Accountability

  • Effectively handle all violation cases of SF in assigned regions.
  • Monitor the SF to comply with the codes of conduct, rules, regulations and Company guidelines.
  • Educate and keep SF informed in compliance with the codes of conduct, rules, regulations and Company guidelines.
  • Work with local Police to handle the serious violations of SF 

Key responsibilities

  • Investigate all violations of SF on time (meet the TAT) and comply with regulations & processes.
  • Propose disciplinary actions on SF who has breached the code of conducts rules, regulations and Company guidelines (corrective actions).
  • Support DC Leaders in conducting DC road shows, sharing…etc .
  • Suggest ideas to improve the procedures, processes, guidelines which relate to handling SF violations

Job Requirements

Qualification:

Senior Claims Assessor Representative

Job Description

Job Purpose

  • The assessment the claim documents based on claim request of the claimant

Accountability

  • To make decision on the claim cases are quickly and exactly 

Key responsibilities

  • Review, analysis and make decision on claims within own authority with Productivity/Efficiency is at leat 95%
  • Meet the standard quality scored by Quality team and Control error rate within own rate (Ex: 0.5% vs job grade 3B)
  • Sign-off person and mentor role: Countersign for claim assessor, trainee claim assessor within own authority and on- the- job training new claim assesors and jet claim assessors
  • Support claim colleagues (investigators or administrators) in some certain situation (reading original medical record at the hospital, field assessment of disability, mentor for administrators…) and support underwriting section when increasing volume of new business (month-end, contest…), 
  • Co-operate with claim investigator in claimant interview in some certain situation and to build up internal guideline
  • Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)

Actuarial Analyst/ Senior Analyst

Job Description

Accountability

  • Provide high quality actuarial reports and ensure all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
  • Active analysis of results, with reporting of known errors, omissions or anomalies.
  • Maintenance of adequate documentation of working process, working tools and integrity of those.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and development of the valuation system. Ensure any changes are fully documented.
  • Assist in regular financial reports including those for the local regulator, regional office and internal management team.
  • Assist in European Embedded Value reporting.
  • Perform periodic experience study analyses, including mortality, morbidity and persistency.
  • Perform data generation and checking for actuarial reporting.
  • Assist in business planning process.
  • Carry out a wide variety of ad-hoc actuarial investigations, as required from time-to-time, ensuring all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
  • Actively study towards a recognized actuarial qualification.
  • Provide support to more junior actuarial students.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Mandatory: A good university degree in a subject with significant exposure to actuarial, finance, mathematics and/or statistics.
