General Description:

• To support the delivery of top-line P&L measures of sales volumes, revenues and market shares for the assigned categories.;

• To assist in developing and executing the Product Strategy for the assigned categories;

• To ensure a market-relevant Product Portfolio and build Value Propositions for the assigned products;

• To support entire product lifecycle for the assigned products/ categories;

• To support development of product marketing plan based on 4P methodology and implementation to achieve business targets;

• To provide market trends and competitors analysis;

• To work closely with supply chain team & HQ on demand planning, sales forecasting and to ensure inventory management;

• To support development of sales forecasting for the assigned products/categories;

• To track and monitor assigned products’ sales performance on a daily basis;

• To support a business meeting with customers or top-to-top meetings (to make presentation deck or speech);

• To support the team on day-to-day business operations:

  • Monitor business opportunities (BO) inputs & updates by salesmen, generate regular reports (weekly/ monthly) and ensure no overdue on SFDC;

  • Supports sales team in tracking order, reporting sales revenue, stocks..., resolving problems;

  • Create new customer codes & maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;

  • Draft & process contracts, make DO requests, payment, follow invoices delivery…

Necessary Skills/ Attributes:

• Good University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business;

• Presentation skills & Engineering or technical background would be helpful;

• Experience in Consumer Electronics/ technology industry and/ or technologically savvy would be an advantage PERSONALITY TRAITS;

• Results-oriented, and able to work independently;

• Committed and passionate towards the business;

• Strong initiative and follow through;

• Good team player.
