General Description

• VOC handling & management team leader;
• Manage VOC information through all channels (call agents, social media, emails – ERMS,…);
• Classify VOC type, transfer to related department;
• Onsite visit if needed;
• Coordinate for pending VOC handling by collaborating with related counterparties;
• Dealing with customer as a representative of company to resolve customer’s inquiries;
• Co-ordinate with PR department in dealing with Consumer Protection Beaurau, Media, Related Officier…;
• Ensure claim TAT but no compromise of customer satisfaction level;
• Analyse and make regular and ad-hoc reports.

Necessary Skills / Attributes

• Bachelor degree or equivalent;
• Knowledge of Negotiation skills;
• Good experience in Customer Service;
• Good communication skill;
• Microsoft Office skills required;
• Hard working, careful and honest;
• Ability to work independently or in a team with or without supervision;
• Good command of English;
• Having ability in analyzing data and understanding the making the relevant reports;
• Ability to work in pressure environment;
• Ability to learn and work with system.
