Job Description:

• In charge of product feature. Determine what features a product should have.
• Liaise between users, designers and developers to further the company’s product.
• Point out the unreasonable part of the product and suggest improvement.

*Note: technical background is preferable, but NOT required.

Social Media Monitor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• In charge of Socail Media Content such as: Company’s Facebook page, Website and Linkedin. (plan and carry out)
• Supervise, interact with activities on Social Networking Sites
• Analyse the rate the efficiency of socia media marketing activities. Then suggest the solution for current issues (demand of the company).
• Communicate with other team to plan Communication Campaign.
• Periodically submit the result of social medid marketing.

Mô tả công việc

• Chịu trách nhiệm post các nội dung hàng ngày lên các kênh social media: Company’s Facebook page, Website và Linkedin. (lập kế hoạch và thực thi)
• Theo dõi, giải đáp các thắc mắc, tương tác và phản hồi của user trên các kênh social media
• Theo dõi, phân tích & đánh giá hiệu quả của hoạt động social media marketing, từ đó đưa các đề xuất hành động cụ thể
• Phối hợp với team Planning để lên ý tưởng và thực hiện các chiến dịch Communication Campaign.
• Lập báo cáo định kỳ kết quả social media marketing
• Cập nhật & áp dụng kiến thức, xu hướng mới về social media marketing nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công việc
