Job description:

• Support these tasks in GA department under guidance of Manager/Supervisor
• Source, negotiate and purchase assets; stationery…
• Instruct and record documents of departments to storage;
• Handle general office administration including filing, sending and receiving faxes and correspondences …
• Execute assets/ expense ;
• File and record assets;
• Control and prepare monthly report on expense/ fixed assets of HO and branches
• Supervise work of pool of admin staff: Cleaner; Security; Driver…
• Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to prepare events/ workshop/meeting…
• Service vehicle dispatch
• System test and instruct to GA branches on/ off line
• Support to set up new office/ branches

Qualifications:

• 4th year student/ BA of Accounting; BA of Economic/ Finance
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of expense/budget estimation
• Warm heart with the respect and love people

• Accounting certificate is a plus
