SOFITEL SAIGON PLAZA is now looking for young, enthusiastic fresh graduates or seniors for FOOD & BEVERAGE INTERN and HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN positions as follows:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
* Food & Beverage Intern
– Act as an assistant to F&B Manager
– Report directly to F&B Manager
– Make daily sales calls to guests
– Assist F&B Department in special projects and events
– Other tasks will be discussed during the interview

* Human Resources Intern
– Support HR Department in recruitment process
– Support internal events
– Assist in other Admin tasks: update form, list, updating employee information as per request or need, Human Resources Notice board…
– In charge of gifts, logistic for all hotel activities, events
– Other tasks assigned by Director of HR

2. REQUIREMENTS
– Senior or fresh graduate in universities or colleges majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources (for HR Intern) or Hospitality (for F&B Intern)
– Mature and be able to take ownership
– Highly motivated, energetic, team player and creative
– Fluency in English and Microsoft Office is a must
– Can work full-time during 4 months
– Well-organized with high attention to details
