Mô tả Công việc

1. Documentation: Mainly focus on documentation task and will be training other task more related to Purchaser

• Preparation of purchase request (PR), purchase order (PO) etc.
• Setting up file system for quotations, catalogue and qualified Suppliers

2. Other: Can support other tasks if any as below:

* Material handling

• Ensure the availability for all materials in Sonion Vietnam
• Control the inventory level monthly
• Check onhand and order smartly
• Cooperate with sourcing team
• Cooperate with Production Engineers and Production Department when new products release.

* Contacts with suppliers

• Searching for suppliers.
• Negotiating best prices and other conditions.
• Cooperation with suppliers.
• Working with forwarder that qualify for dangerous goods handling and make sure the dangerous goods shipment is transported to Sonion Vietnam in a safe way.

* Other

• Purchasing of helping materials for production
• Carrying out other tasks connected with purchasing and cooperation with suppliers and other departments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1/ Education:

• Required: College Degree, major in Commercial & Trade/ Economy/ English
• Preferable: University Degree, major in Supply Chain

2/ Professional knowledge of:

• Basic understanding of purchasing cost concept

3/ Knowledge of computer servicing:

• Can use Microsoft Office
• Preferable: Can use ERP or SAP

4/ Knowledge of foreign languages:

• Can communicate with foreign colleagues (equal to PET)

5/ Other (e.g. competences):

• Good at communication and negotiation skills
• Careful, accurate and well-organized
• Open for learning new things and awareness of cost optimization

6/ Professional experience:

+ Mandatory: Open for fresh graduated with suitable major and willing to learn and be trained.

 + Prefered: Some months working experience in purchasing/ material planning / supplier management
