• ENTERPRISE DEVELOPER

What You’ll Do

An Enterprise Developer will tbe working on enterprise applications for Structured Business Group as well as deploying applications and virtual servers for clients (cloud deployments in Linux/Unix and Windows environments).

The following is typical of internal project work:

1. Maintain/Improve stability and security of current ERP Applications (we often utilize open source applications):
   1. OrangeHRM
   2. OpenProject
   3. Mantis
   4. WordPress
   5. BambooBSC
2. Customize our current ERP Applications
3. Research, customize, deploy other types of ERP applications on google cloud.
4. Develop client-facing feedback and development platform
5. Develop mobile app for feedback and development platform

The following is typical of client project work:

1. Deploy demo applications for support tracking and performance management systems.
2. Select and deploy support tracking and performance management systems

Requirement: 

1. 2-3 years of experience in Java/Javascript/JEE, Database/SQL, Unix/Linux, Excel/SPSS/R/Lingo, Eclipse/Visual Studio, GCloud/AWS
2. Bachelor's degree holder in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering major, with English and Vietnamese working proficiency

Salary range: 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND (net)

• JUNIOR ASSOCIATE

What You’ll Do

A Junior Associate will typically work on one to two projects with several other members. The following is typical of project work:

1. Collect an enormous amount of information from a variety of sources. These sources can be the client, company experts, secondary research, google, etc.
2. Validate, sanitize and structure the data in preparation for analysis. This step includes verifying, cleaning redundancies, identifying and correcting errors, structuring unstructured data, etc.
3. Analyze the data using a variety of methods to extract findings. These include pivot, regression, variance, linear optimization, etc.
4. Package the findings in communicable and easily understandable units. These include graphs, charts, presentations, papers, etc.
5. Communicate the findings to the right people at the right time. Communication ranges from emails and internal briefings to client meetings and presentations.
6. Develop and update charters, work breakdown structures and project timelines.
7. Attend and support sales meetings, presentations and negotiations
8. Manage clients

Requirement: 

1. 3-5 years of experience in HR, Customer Management, Operations, Finance
2. Bachelor's degree holder with advanced skills in both Vietnamese and English
3. Strong data analysis and project management skills
4. Sales & Negotiation skills

Salary range: 14,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND (net)
