[HCM] [PAID - $200/day] [ECHELON VIETNAM 2016]: We are looking for Booth Operators and Volunteers for the upcoming Echelon Vietnam 2016.

BOOTH OPERATOR (paid)

1. Job description

- To facilitate discussion among the Korean Startups/businesses and the audience and/or investors at the booth.

- Help with promoting the startup/business to participants

- Support the translations and facilitating discussions at the booth

- Help with managing activities at the booth over the 2 day conference

- Commit from 8.30am – 5.30pm over a 2 day period. Punctuality is a must!

2. Requirements:

- Fluent in English, Korean and Vietnamese (only apply if you meet this requirement)

- Having exhibition and events experience is a plus

- Good communication skills

- Ability to Multi-task be resourceful

3. Benefits:

- This will be a paid assignment with remuneration from USD 200/day for 2 days.

EVENT VOLUNTEER

1. Job description

- Help with the logistics and operations of the event (ushering, crowd control, customer service support on general enquiries etc)

- Ushering VIP guests and speakers from main stage area to exhibition area or other designated areas.

- Verify and Escort speakers and VIPs from the entrance to the green room

- Supporting organizers during the event with other ad hoc needs and requests

2. Requirements:

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese

- Having exhibition and events experience is a plus

- Good communication skills

- Ability to Multi-task be resourceful
