Suntory Pepsico is looking for 1 HR Officer in 8 months with below JD and job requirement.
I. Job Description
- Support in talent recruitment process of non-management positions at Head Office (Finance, Marketing, HR, CA, Supply Chain) for both permanent and temporary staffs
- Support the sourcing and screening for management positions nationwide
- Open requisitions of vacancies on Taleo system in compliance with internal procedure and approval matrix
- Search for potential candidates that match the requirements of the position in various aspect such as: Background, Skill, Cultural suitability, Long-term career and Working motivation
- Work closely with various departments and assist line managers to quickly conduct recruitment procedures, including: sourcing, arranging interviews, contacting candidates, etc.
- Post jobs on related external recruitment channels
- Carry out data upload on system as per requirements from line managers
- Support to manage recruitment tracking file to build up talent pool and leverage resources for recruitment activities
- Arrange Induction/Onboarding for new hires
- Carry out Audit documents preparation and self-test
- Other admin/ ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line managers.
II. Job Requirement
- Fresh-graduate or <2 years of experience in HR
- Major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Languages, Economics or business-related areas
- Very well-organized, detail-oriented and careful
- Having customer-oriented & driving for results mindset
- Strong at communication (written and verbal, both in English and Vietnamese)
- Proactiveness, willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
- Able to commit 8 months to the position
