Responsibility

  • Achievement of Country marketing KPIs, and the execution of marketing strategies and plans for Projects portfolio:
    • Accountable for gaining and utilizing local understanding and insights in the category through cooperating with Knowledge & Insights, RDI team and other functions;
    • Lead the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan for the Projects business;
    • Lead the implementation of the brand architecture, pricing architecture and portfolio;
    • Lead any related with minimum disruption to the business, in collaboration with supply chain, sales and customer marketing;
    • Lead pricing strategy;
    • Recommend and lead implementation of needed tactical initiatives and changes in the marketing mix;
    • Accountable for the KPIs; recommend and lead execution of necessary action plans to achieve objectives;
    • Accountable for proper A&P usage with all required support document for the project, ensure effectiveness of key marketing initiatives;
  • Innovation Roadmap for projects portfolio, aligned with regional roadmap and Innovation projects:
    • Lead the Innovation roadmap to ensure healthy pipeline and margins for the project portfolio;
    • Accountable for packaging and livery designs, ensure and alignment with regional guidelines. Manage livery approval process locally and with the region;
    • Cooperate with relevant local and regional teams to ensure meeting product specifications requirements eg, product benchmarking, and market feedback, quality complaints etc.;
    • Ensure Stage Gate compliance for each project;
    • Lead the testing and registration of products with external agencies, in coordination with RD&I;
  • Development of Communication and Activation Initiatives:
    • Develop and implement the communication strategy for project portfolio ensuring alignment with regional directions/ strategies;
    • Collaborate closely with agency partners - creative, activation, media, digital - throughout the whole process to ensure that execution will deliver against the objectives and brand/campaign guidelines Track, monitor and propose campaign improvement. Prepare key learnings for sharing;
  • Product Stewardship Lead and Marketing HSE&S Champion:
    • Support the reporting, tracking and implementation of sustainability targets/KPIs;
    • Comply with Product Stewardship policies and guidelines and relevant HSES guidelines;  Support the implementation of HSE&S in daily marketing operations;
    • Support company policies relating to Product Stewardship;
    • Maintain updated library documentation of approval forms, certifications, applications and reports;
    • Support compliance to relevant external regulatory & internal governance;
  • Efficient and effective marketing processes and documentation:
    • Prepare for various marketing meetings including IGR, PMR, PSR,  follow-through on actions and next steps;
    • Support other systems and processes, eg, livery approval , SRM, SAP;
    • Help to identify discrepancies in processes and recommend improvements to line manager.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

  • Bachelors is required;
  • Fluent English;
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related marketing role;
  • Preferably from a multinational organization (regional or global presence);
  • Proficient in English;
  • Knowledge of Project segment is preferred;
  • Computer skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Strong leadership;
  • Strong team player;
  • Entrepreneurship;
  • Influent ability.
