1. Service Quality Manager

Job Description

This role is critical in ensuring the services we provided to customers through all the touch points are consistent, per our standards and meeting customers’ expectation, through the robust quality assurance framework.

• Develop the Service Quality Framework to ensure service quality across the touch points is managed, monitored to be able to identify opportunities for continuous improvements;
• Lead a team of Quality Assurance (QA) specialists to provide service quality assurance activities to ensure the services provided are consistent, per our standards and meeting customers’ expectation;
• Analyze the QA results, propose actions and work with respective departments to track the required actions;
• Build and develop an engaged, competent and effective QA team;
• Act as Operational Risk Coordinator for the Department, support Head of Customer Excellence to implement robust governance (operational processes & procedures) in close consultation with local (PVA) and regional (PCA) Risk, Governance & Compliance guidelines and rules;
• Develop and implement tracking & reporting standards and systems for all customer service support activities for new and existing policies.

2. Training Communication Specialist

Job Description

This position is responsible for project management and communication for ATD.

• Handle related admin work of the team;
• Project management: Manage project implementation including set timeline + milestones, regular follow up and troubleshooting to make sure projects are carried out as plan and as per procedures;
• Producing teaching tools, video clips, assist with training material marketing design and production;
• Writing news, PR articles for communication for trainers and agents;
• Any other tasks/ projects of ATD when the need arises.

3. Software/ Cobol Developer

Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities

• To design, develop, test, support and custom software applications for insurance business;
• To develop and maintain Life Asia system as well as integrate it into another system;
• To co-ordinate with end users to get requirements for process system design and coding with the most quality and effective method;
• To monitors project/ service request and maintain updating for each project and provides implementation support;
• To perform system and problem analysis to provide suitable and effective IT solutions for business purposes;
• To prepare technical designs and business specifications for implementation project/ service request.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology;
• At least 1 years of developer in foreign companies/ software company; experience in life insurance industry/Life Asia/ Business Object is preferable;
• Experience working as developer/ BA role in projects would be an advantage;
• Good at analytical skill, strong interpersonal skill and problem-solving skill;
• Good teamwork spirit and good communication.
