JOB DESCRIPTION

• Co-ordinate with Demand, Marketing, Sales/Trade to verify/analyze demand forecast data to prevent stocks/sales risk as well as propose mitigation actions;

• Proactively liaise with Abbott Planning centres to control/manage/follow up proper production/supply (volumes, schedules) to VN, in line with target of optimal inventory level, forecast accuracy and safety stocks, minimize backorder and ensure timely availabilities up to 98%;

• Liaise with local Supply Chain and departments (Import, Logistics, Warehouse, QA, finance, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure smooth stocks movement till availability for sales (shipment plan, shipping documents, shipping mode, pricing, customs clearance, import permit, shipment issues, complaints, etc.);

• Identify, manage and communicate potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs;

• Responsible for periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by Supply Planning Manager;

• Support projects related to new products/resourcing/transportation/stock monitoring, etc. as required;

• Handle questions/issues/route cause related to short-term supply schedules and monitor feedback sent in timely manner;

• Master Data maintenance, update and timely reviewed;

• Provide admin support/reports as required by Head of Supply Chain.
