Mô tả công việc:

• IT POSITIONS:
  • SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INTERN (ICO):
    • Develop software applications/ tools;
    • Involve in practical SW development projects.
  • CLIENT INFRASTRUCTURE (HARDWARE) INTERN (ICO):
    • Provide Helpdesk Service for IT Client hardware (PC, printer, network, etc.);
    • Consolidate and present IT related data to facilitate service management, improvement, business decision making.
• INDUSTRIAL/ TECHNICAL POSITIONS:
  • LINE ENGINEER INTERN (MFG1):
    • Support activities in MFG1 department including:
    • Line performance analysis and improve;
    • Bottleneck OEE control and improve;
    • Project for new material, product, relocation;
    • Improvement project for daily operation.
  • PRODUCTION SYSTEM INTERN (TEF):
    • Support to BPS group (lean manufacturing) in various projects:
    • Develop Visualization concept for shop-floor;
    • 5S project;
    • Value stream mapping and value stream design.
  • PRODUCTION ADMIN INTERN (MFG):
    • Revising operation document set (ODS) under the instruction of engineers;
    • Preparing, delivering and monitoring memos to the shop floor;
    • Support to make data for process capability monthly;
    • Supporting in documentation control;
    • Assisting engineers in some simple tasks/suggestion scheme.
• BUSINESS POSITIONS:
  • INVESTMENT & PROJECT RELEASE INTERN (PC):
    • Support coordination of investment planning and actualizing:
      • Support detailed planning of investment plan in departments;
      • Arrange meetings to release investment plans;
      • Review investment requests from departments;
      • Raise work on for approvals basing on updated approval rules;
    • Support investment controlling:
      • Collect investment data for controlling;
      • Contact responsible people for overdue tasks;
      • Support data consolidation in plant level;
      • Follow up investment upper limit with coordinators in each department;
      • Support release of new products and/or new production lines;
      • Support project manager to follow up schedule and milestones;
      • Other assigned tasks in group and department.
  • COMMUNICATION INTERN (PC):
    • Assist in Event management and execution;
    • Assist in Content development;
    • Report consolidation;
    • Market research.
  • FINANCIAL CONTROLLING INTERN (CTG):
    • Support activities in CTG department including:
    • Resources controlling;
    • Business planning;
    • Monthly business reporting;
    • Other controlling related activities.

Yêu cầu:

• IT POSITIONS:
  • SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INTERN (ICO):
    • 3rd-or 4th-year students major in IT;
    • Experience in developing small applications using .NET;
    • Be able to read/ analysis .NET source code;
    • Familiar with report tool (DevExpress);
    • Basic knowledge of Database;
    • Can design web page using PHP/ Asp.net is a strong plus;
    • Pro-active, high-disciplined, detail-oriented.
  • CLIENT INFRASTRUCTURE (HARDWARE) INTERN (ICO):
    • 3rd-or 4th-year students major in IT;
    • Data presentation skill using Excel (chart, pivot table, macro), PowerPoint, etc.;
    • Experience in IT hardware support is an advantage;
    • Good English and Vietnamese communication skills;
    • Disciplined, pro-active, willing to learn.
• INDUSTRIAL/ TECHNICAL POSITIONS:
  • LINE ENGINEER INTERN (MFG1):
    • 3rd-or 4th-year students major in Industrial Engineering or Industrial System Engineering;
    • Student in postgraduate program are welcome to apply;
    • Creativity and flexibility;
    • Willing to learn, proactive, strong team player.
  • PRODUCTION SYSTEM INTERN (TEF):
    • 3rd-or 4th-year students major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
    • Student with knowledge of lean manufacturing;
    • Preferably experience in production environment;
    • Strong interpersonal skills, willing to learn, can work independently;
    • Strong team player, need to collaborate with different departments;
    • Creative work approach.
  • PRODUCTION ADMIN INTERN (MFG):
    • Last-year student major in Technical/Administration/ Business English can be from College;
    • Good PC skills especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
    • Operationally oriented and comfortable working in a production plant environment;
    • Proactive, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
• BUSINESS POSITIONS:
  • INVESTMENT & PROJECT RELEASE INTERN (PC):
    • Last-year student major in Finance, Foreign trade or Business-related fields;
    • Good English and Vietnamese communication skills;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
    • Careful, detail-oriented;
    • Reliable, pro-active, high-disciplined.
  • COMMUNICATION INTERN (PC):
    • 3rd or 4th- year students major in Journalism, Public Relation, Communications, English major or any related;
    • Fluent in written English;
    • Strong written, verbal, editing skills in Vietnamese and English;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    • Good organizational skill and time management;
    • Willing to learn, proactive, detail-oriented;
    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or Design preferred.
  • FINANCIAL CONTROLLING INTERN (CTG):
    • Last year students, fresh graduate students major in Finance or Accounting;
    • Careful and accurate in dealing with number;
    • Willing to learn, proactive, strong team player.
