Market Segment Manager WORKING LOCATION : Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamACTIVITIES

  • Be responsible for proposing  Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) marketing plan to support sales to reach budget
  • Be responsible for developing implementation plan for PCMO based on annual budget.
  • Be responsible for implementation of approved tactical PCMO marketing programs.
  • Be accountable for tracking budget allocated for PCMO campaigns.
  • Be responsible for consistent branding look and feel across all communication materials developed for PCMO campaigns.
  • Support PCMO Sales with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) support.
  • Support Strategic Distributor to plan & implement their annual marketing plan.
  • Coordinate with Sales team to ensure the flawless planning as well as implementation.
  • Lead market research and media implementation activity.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness / suggest improvement opportunities in implementation of PCMO campaigns.
  • Carry out the periodic market visits to ensure the consistency in implementation of company as well as distributor’s marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with distributors for implementation of annual approved Marketing calendar.
  • Conduct cross-segment ad-hoc projects as & when

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • University graduate
  • Marketing experience acquired in a FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or sales retail management, ideally not less than 3 years' experience
  • Ability to demonstrate experience and understanding of brand management and ATL/BTL (Above-The Line/ Below-The-Line) communication.
  • Stress resistant, effective in a fast pace Sales environment Analysis skill and problem solving
  • Sense of creative skill.
  • Good communication both externally and internally, presentation, organization, planning and influencing skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and independent.
  • Excellent (phone) communication / interpersonal / team working / coordination capacities.
  • Literate in office application and in design software is a bonus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) English & Vietnamese proficiency

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE WORKING LOCATION : Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamACTIVITIES

  • Communication & Digital :
    • In charge of External communication related to Marketing activities (Co-branding with Original Equipment Manufacturer  brands inclusive). Closely work with Regional and Head office for digital strategy and PR validation.
    • Website: Coordinate with different departments/Business line & agency to build relevant & impactful content & maintain website
    • Set up and monitoring FB for lubricants of Total Vietnam by number of fans, engagement, interaction and Call to Action in alignment with Head quarter and AsiaPac guideline
    • Coordinate between different segment to propose effective digital channels and campaign 
    • Guide agency to best use social media to promote Total brand & product and build up Total community
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign by digital communications and activities selection
    • Oversee the migration of all direct communications to mediums such as SMS and email
    • Participate to the implementation of CRM project
  • Sponsorship activities:
    • Propose and manage the badminton events & sponsorship related to Badminton World Federation Total Group sponsorship
    • Be responsible for all badminton activation (ATL + BTL)

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • University graduate, 3-5 years experience in digital/communication
  • Ability to demonstrate experience and understanding of brand management and ATL/BTL communication.
  • Stress resistant, effective in a fast pace Sales environment
  • Good communication both externally and internally, presentation, organization, planning and influencing skills.

Internal Control OfficerACTIVITIES

  • Contribute to the preparation for Group and Regional audits, support during the mission, prepare action plan based on audit reports and monitor the implementation.
  • Contribute to the internal audit mission as validated by Management Board, spot or forensic audits upon request: participate in interview, checking documents, contribute to the report, prepare action plan and monitor the implementation.
  • Issue Delegation of Authorities (Internal, External, Schedule of Responsibilities) upon nomination and request, maintain the DOA folder.
  • Consolidate monthly Tight Light checklist for three companies, carry out random check to ensure correct application. Report the consolidated checklist to Regional office.
  • Contribute in preparing procedures as requested. Consolidate procedures from affiliates. Maintain the Procedures folder with up-to-date version. Carry out gaps analysis to ensure compliance of local procedures with Standard Operation Procedures and Group procedures.
  • Coordinate and consolidate annual Internal control questionnaires

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Education: Graduate or equivalent education from Finance, Accounting, Auditing
  • Experience: 2 years experience.
  • Skills / Competencies: Good understanding about business process of whole company. Good communication skills, good working knowledge of financial and management accounting, self motivation, autonomy.
