MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Working time: 7:00AM-5:00PM

• Kiểm tra các chứng từ yêu cầu nhập, xuất hàng theo đúng quy định/ Checking documentary required for import and export 
• Thực hiện việc nhập và xuất hàng cho cá nhân liên quan/ Importing and exporting the goods to relating individuals. 
• Nhận các chứng từ giao hàng, yêu cầu xuất hàng, lưu và chuyển cho bộ phận mua hàng hoặc kế toán theo quy định/ Receiving documentary of delivery, import of goods to save and transfer to purchaser and accounting department. 
• Theo dõi hàng hóa xuất nhập tồn; theo dõi số lượng xuất nhập tồn hàng ngày và đối chiếu với định mức tồn kho tối thiểu/ Following status of goods: daily quality of import and export and compared with minimum inventory level. 
• Theo dõi số lượng tồn kho tối thiểu hàng ngày/ Following daily quality of minimum inventory.
• Sắp xếp hàng hóa trong kho; lập báo cáo hàng tuần, tháng, quý, năm/ Arranging goods in warehouse; writing reports weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly 
• Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn hàng hóa trong kho/ Ensuring the standards of goods in warehouse.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1. Responsibilities:  

• Hoàn thành những công việc đã cam kết trong hợp đồng lao động/ To fulfill the work undertaken in labour contract
• Chấp hành lệnh điều hành sản xuất – kinh doanh, nội qui kỷ luật lao động và an toàn lao động/ To comply with production and business orders internal, internal labour discipline and occupational safety regulations
• Bồi thường vi phạm và vật chất/ Compensation for violating labour discipline and material liability

2. Rights:

• Lương thỏa thuận/ Salary negotiation
• Chế độ nâng lương theo chính sách công ty/ Regime for advancement in wage grades according to the company’s policy
• Được trang bị dồ bảo hộ lao động; hưởng chế độ nghỉ ngơi, BHXH, BHYT/ Providing with protection equipment; time of rest and social insurance and health insurance according to Vietnam labour code.
• Tháng lương thứ 13/ 13th month salary
