• Support set up Company Standard PC/Laptop/Servers/Workstation/Printers /LAN/WAN/Wireless/VOIP, management & maintenance of information systems (including hardware and software).
• Supporting on company infrastructure, office software and relating software system
• Support end-users on office software and application issues such as email, internet, excel, power point,…
• Take part in setup new joiner 's laptops according to the company project.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting according to internal processes.
• Main person Support VC
• Maintain and manage the overall system performances, utilization to ensure the high availability of IT Systems & Services to serve Business needs.
• Any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology and/or computer science
• No year experience required. Fresh Student are welcome to apply
• English communication is mandatory
• Knowledge of antivirus, security patching, network and operating system.
• Strong personality, target & goal oriented, customer oriented, analysis and problem-solving skill
• Responsibility, ability to work under high pressure
