Job purpose:

The incumbent is overall to provide effective technical support (Mechanical) and assist the manager to ensure the production machinery is in perfect operating condition, support the various Contract Manufacture Agreement factories’ operations to timely produce and deliver the desired quantity of top quality standard cigarette products to meet the market demands.

Key deliverables:

The key challenge will be to provide effective technical support and work with the various local cultural sensitivities/ attitude and workforce, which have to be adapted and balanced carefully while working together in different factories.

Essential requirements:

• Possess a degree in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineer;

• Priority for candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;

• Possess general knowledge of production machinery;

• Experience in the Manufacture Operation is an added advantage;

• Ability to work well and build effective relationship with colleagues & external/ counterparts;

• Able to work independently and as a team also willing accept to work under intense pressure or heavy workload;

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Exel, PowerPoint) and relevant software application;

• Experience with Autocad, Pro-E, inventor is preferred;

• Able to communicate well in English both verbally and writing.
