Working location: HCM Office: 8th Floor, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1

Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 (inclusive 1 hour for lunch time)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of the application documents for setting up and amending the business license of representative offices, foreign owned companies and locally owned companies etc. in Vietnam;
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory compliance reports for the clients;
  • Assisting in the preparation of the application documents for setting up offshore companies and opening bank accounts abroad;
  • Assisting in applying for work permits, visa and temporary resident cards for expatriates;
  • Lodging the applications and official documents to the government authorities;
  • Supporting the senior team members in professional as well as administrative matters.

Requirement:

  • Education Required
  • University degree majoring in law, or economics or business administration;
  • Any other relevant degree level qualification will be considered as long as candidate has the right aptitude for the job;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of computer skills and office software (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, internet search);
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Be dynamic, creative and responsible;
  • Passion for such work and enjoy meeting clients regularly;
  • Proactive, meticulous, integrity;
  • Work under pressure;
  • Strictly observe confidentiality of information;
  • Great communication skills with a pleasant and affable personality.
  • No experience is required.

Based on the intern’s performance and the growth of the business, the intern maybe considered for full time employment after completing 6 months of internship.
